FAIR SHIPPING GROUP, ITS OWNERS/PRINCIPALS AND CREW GIVES BACK TO TYPHOON YOLANDA VICTIMS

The Fair Shipping Corporation, Fair Shipping Family, its Foreign Owners and Principals and Crew wishes to express its deepest sympathy to the Filipino people for the

lost it suffered from the Typhoon Yolanda.

In times like this, colors and race are not an issue as everyone in the world continues to sympathize and help the Filipino victims of this tragedy.

The company have reach out and help the victims and have given P200,000.00 thru ABS-CBN 2 days after the tragedy..

The company’s main concern is its seafarers family, who don’t have father to help them during this times of needs

It has allotted P1.5 M as donations to help its seafarers family.  In addition the Fair Shipping Family also allotted P.5 M to help its crew family victims, with total donation of P2 M.

Its foreign Owners and Principals and their staffs shows their support and love to the Filipino people and donated money to help the seafarers family victims for their rebuilding and renovation of their damage house.  Our seafarers onboard, who were not affected, also help and sent donations, as follows:

All these amount will be given to all our Filipino seafarers family, who are affected by this monstrous typhoon.

We laud and thank our Owners, Principals and their staff and our seafarers onboard who willingly donated and show care to Filipino people.

To show also our support the company’s support to its crew family, our President, Engr. Edgar Baronda, visited Cebu Evacuation area, where some of our crew families are staying and will start to give some aid to those families which are really and badly affected by said typhoon.   He will also visit Tacloban Area, to check also on our crew family still staying there including one crew family which up to now is not yet contacted. 

Before this, we sent 3 Teams after the incident to personally check our crew families, in Samar, Leyte, Cebu and Panay Island. They gave aid partially to all our affected families a reasonable amount, including goods. 

We already paid about 1.5 Million cash advance to our affected families and we will still pay additionally, as we can manage,   to help them for house renovation and start their life normally.

The company will continue to give, check and monitor all its seafarers family on the affected areas to ensure everyone is safe, until everything returns to normal.
