5. ENGINE RATING UPGRADING PROGRAM

A three (3) days of In-house training course to upgrade the knowledge and skills of the engineer in safe work and procedures of Machinery Operations, Engine Watch Keeping, Engine Machinery Maintenance conducted in Lecture, Demonstrations and showing of Videotel of Engine Operations including:

      -   Marine Engine Parts
      -   Overhauling of Engine Cylinder, Exhaust Valve, Piston, Stuffing Box
      -   Lubrication and Marine Cooling System
      -   Fuel Handling and treatment and Engine Fuel System
      -   Refrigeration, Fresh Water and Sea Water System
      -   Engine Maintenance and Repairs
