4. DECK RATING UPGRADING PROGRAMS

A three (3) days of In-house Training Course to upgrade knowledge and skills of crew on ships safe operations, Watch Keeping, Deck Maintenance Work and Cargo Operations conducted in Lecture, Demonstration and showing of various Videotel subject including:

      -   Ground Tackles and Mooring Operations
      -   Surface Preparation and Painting
      -   Cargo Equipment, Cargo Care and Lashing
      -   Deck Tools and Equipment
      -   Observance of Safety
