FSC "GYM"
 
The Fair Shipping Corp.’s “GYM” opening has been
carried-out last May 15, 2010 by the Company’s
officers and staff with a simple ceremony.
Recognizing the stress caused by daily routine
work and the importance of good health to perform
well, the management has decided to set-up a gym
at the 4th Floor of its FSC Training
Center Building.
The gym will be for the exclusive use of company’s
employees to relieve stress and to maintain good
health by regularly exercising.
The gym is equipped by treadmills, stationary
bicycles, dumb bells and various nautilus
equipments. And for those sports lovers, a table
tennis is available.
There’s also space for yoga, for the health
conscious ladies, complete with mats and exercise
balls.
For the health buffs, prepare your gear, flex
your
muscle and get ready to sweat your stress out!
