EASTERN CAR LINER LTD. GAVE ANOTHER PCC AND A RO-RO VESSEL to CORDIAL SHIPPING, INC.

Eastern Car Liner Ltd. (ECL), Tokyo gave another PCC vessel to Cordial Shipping, Inc., after the 33,830 GRT MV Modern Drive last April 2010 and a RO-RO vessel.

The 1988 built, 55,423 GRT, PCC, Queen Ace will be handed over to Cordial Shipping crew this June 2010, under the command of Capt. Renato L. Clitar and C/E Rene M. Maglana with all crew Filipino.

The MV Queen Ace will be managed by the newly appointed Ship Managers of ECL, the Fuyoh Shipping Company, Tokyo, who signed a Manning Agreement with CSI on May 31, 2010

She has a worldwide trade route and Chartered by MOL.

CSI, meanwhile, will start manning the 1995 built, 9,992 GRT RO-RO, MV Reina Rosa this July 2010, to be commanded by its Filipino Master and C/E with all Filipino crew.

She will be managed by Janfield Shipping Ltd., Hongkong, who also just recently signed manning agreement with CSI to man the the PCC, Modern Drive. She is chartered by Rickmers Linie with US-Asia trade route.

This is a welcome development, as the above vessels are the 3rd PCC, 2nd from ECL and 4th RO-RO vessels from ECL, manned by Cordial Shipping, Inc., which give good opportunities to the loyal, competent and able seafarers of the company.

More power to CSI for a more successful crew management!
